Description:
Spicy And Sweet Chana Chaat.
Preparation:
1) Wash Kabuli Chana in 3-4 changes of Water.
2) Soak Water for 5-6 hrs.
3) Change Water, add 0.5tspn Salt and boil till tender.
4) Boil, peel and chop Potato.
5) Finely chop Onions and Cilantro.
Cooking:
1) In serving bowl, place boiled Kabuli Chana.
2) Add Green Chilli Chutney, Tamarind-Date Chutney, Coriander Chutney, Chat Masala, chopped Onions, Potatoes and Cilantro.
Serve For: 2 Person
