Description:
Tangy Taste Of Vada Coated Deep Fried Paneer Slice.
Preparation:
1) Cut Paneer into finger slices.
2) Finely chop Green Chilies.
3) In a bowl, mix well Finger Slice Paneer, Curry Paste & Masti Chutney gently.
4) Cover & keep aside to marinate for 20 mins.
5) In a bowl to make batter, mix well Deep Dahi Vada Instant Mix, Chopped Green Chilies, Cumin Seeds, Sesame Seeds Natural, 1.5 Cup Water.
6) Cover & keep aside for 20 mins.
Cooking:
1) Heat oil in a wok for deep fry.
2) Dip marinated Paneer Slice into batter and place it in hot Oil carefully.
3) Deep fry till golden brown.
4) Remove on absorbent paper.
5) Do same with all the remaining Paneer Slices.
6) Serve hot with Mint Chutney.
Garnishing:
It is good as a starter with Juice or Soup. For spicy taste serve MM Masti Chutney.
