Description:
Fried Coated Ratalu
Preparation:
1) Add water into Deep Gota Mix and prepare batter and keep aside for 15-20 mins.
2) Peel, wash and cut ratalu into thin slices.
Cooking:
1) Make chutney out of chutney mix sachet inside the Deep Gota Instant Mix pack as per its direction.
2) Heat Oil for deep frying.
3) Dip ratalu slice in prepared Gota Mix batter and deep fry till golden brown in colour.
4) Remove on an absorbant paper.
5) Do the same with all the slices.
Serve For: 4 Persons
Total cooking time: 40-45mins
Garnishing:
Serve hot with chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
