Description:
Spicy Guvar With Potato & Onion.
Preparation:
1) Wash Deep Guvar,Potato and Tomato.
2) Cut potato with skin into medium size pieces.
3) Peel and cut onion into same size of potato.
4) Cut tomato into little smaller size than potato.
5) Finely chop cilantro(coriander leaves).
Cooking:
1) Heat oi in a pan.
2) Add Ajman seeds.When it changes its colour,add ginger paste, garlic paste and saute little.
3) Add Sesame Seeds,add Guvar,Potato, Onion and Salt.
4) Add 2 Cup water and cover & cook on medium flame,till potato & guvar becomes tender,saute in between.
5) Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder,Turmeric Powder,Garam Masala Powder,Black Salt and mix well.
6) Add Cilantro, Tomato and mix well on high flame.Till oil comes out and remove from flame.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 25-30mins.
Garnishing:
Garnish with chopped cilantro.Serve hot with Deep Chapati.
