Tangy Tasty Grated Potatoes With Fasting Mix Puri
1) Wash and peel Potatoes.
2) Grate all the Potatoes except one.
3) Cut very small dices of excluded(one) Potato.
4) Add Salt and mix well.
5) Finely Chop Green Chilies and Coriander Leaves.
1) Squeeze grated and Diced Potatoes to remove water.
2) Heat oil in a pan.
3) Add Cumin seeds,when it changes into dark brown,add squeezed Diced Potatoes, salt and stir well.
4) Add little water and cover & cook, stir inbetween till tender.
5) Add Lemon Juice,Sugar,Red Chilli Powder,Chopped Green Chilies, Crushed Roasted Peanuts, Chopped Coriander leaves.
6) Stir well and remove from flame.
7) Add MM mint Chutney and mix well.
8) For Puri : Mix Upvas Fasting Mix,melted Makhan Ghee and Salt well.
9) Make medium tough dough with water.
10) Make small balls and roll it.
11) Heat Oil to deep fry on medium - low flame.
12) Deep fry all Puris.
Serve For: 4 Persons
Total cooking time: 50 mins.
Serve hot with Dahi Tadka(recipe in Upvas Kachori). P.S.Always make dough in the last to avoid dough becomes loose.
