Description:
Deep Fried Suran For Fasting.
Preparation:
1) Rinse Deep frozen Suran, as per direction on the pack, and let it drain.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil in a wok.
2) Add 2 pinch of Salt and deep fry till little dark and crispy (on outer surface).
3) Remove on an absorbent paper for a minute only.
4) Remove on plate and sprinkle Black Pepper Powder, Red Chilli Powder as per your taste.
5) Add few drops of Lemon Juice as per taste and Salt if needed.
6) Mix thoroughly.
Serve For: 2 Persons
Total cooking time: 20-25 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with Deep Mango Drink.
