Description:
Fried Arvi In Spicy Gravy.
Preparation:
1) Wash & drain Arvi.
2) Finely grate Onion and Tomato separately.
3) Finely chop Cilantro.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on meduim high flame.
2) Add 1 teaspoon Salt, washed Arvi and Stir time to time.
3) Shallow fry till little crispy.
4) Remove on an absorbent paper, leaving oil in a pan.
5) On meduim low flame in a same pan add Cumin Seeds, grated Onion, Ginger Paste and Salt.
6) Stir well until Onion becomes little pink.
7) Add Garlic Powder, grated Tomato and stir well while cooking continuously.
8) Add Curry Powder, Salt, Amchur Powder and stir constantly.
9) Add 1 cup of Water, turn on high flame, add fried Arvi and stir constantly till Oil comes out.
10) Add chopped Cilantro & mix well and cover & keep aside for 5 mins.
Serve For: 4 Persons
Total cooking time: 40 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with anyone of Deep's Paratha.
