Sooji Dry Fruits Halwa.
Preparation:
1) Boil milk & keep aside.
2) Finely Chop Cashews Whole, Almonds, Golden Raisins & Pistachios.
3) Coarsely Crush Cardamom Seeds.
Cooking:
1) Heat Ghee on slow flame.
2) Add Sooji, Stir continuously untill light brown in colour & gives it's aroma.
3) Add chopped Dry Fruits & mix well.
4) Add Hot Milk & mix gently.
5) Saute till it is thick & begain to leave the side of pan.
6) Add Sugar, coarsely crush Cardamom Seeds & mix well untill it leaves the sides of pan.
7) Remove from flame.
Serve For: 6 Persons
Total cooking time: 40 Mins.
Garnishing:
Garnish with Cashews Whole,Almonds, Golden Raisins and Serve hot.
