Hot & Garlic Flavor Bhindi
Preparation:
1) Cut Green Chilies into 3 to 4 pieces each.
2) Cut Garlic flakes into thick slices each.
3) Finely chop Cilantro.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium low flame.
2) Add Panchpuran, Sliced Garlic, cut Green Chilies, Sesame Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Washed Bhindi, Salt and Toss, mix well.
3) Turn on medium flame, cover & cook for approx 15 mins. Till tender.
4) Turn On low flame.
5) Add Coriander Cumin Powder, Red Chili Powder, Amchur Powder, Chopped Cilantro & Mix thoroughly.
Serve For: 4 Persons
Total cooking time: 40 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with Deep Paratha.
