Tangy Moong Dal & Bhindi Cut
Preparation:
1) Soak washed Moong Dal in hot water for 30 mins.
2) Finely chop Onion, Tomato and Cilantro separately.
3) Finely crush Green Chilies.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on meduim high flame.
2) Add 0.5 Teaspoon Salt, washed Cut Bhindi and cover & cook for approx 10 mins.
3) Turn on high flame, stir time to time and shallow fry till little crispy.
4) Turn off flame and remove Bhindi on an absorbent paper leaving oil in a pan.
5) On meduim low flame in same pan add Panchpuran.
6) Add Chopped Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, Crushed Green Chilies, Chopped Tomatoes, Soaked Moong Dal, Salt, 1 Cup Water, Turmeric Powder and mix gently.
7) Turn on meduim flame and cover & cook for approx 7 mins.
8) Turn on low flame.
9) Add Coriander Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Amchur Popwder, Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder, shallow fried Cut Bhindi and mix thoroughly.
10) Add Garam Masala Powder, Sesame Seeds and Chopped Cilantro.
11) Turn on high flame and stir constantly till oil comes out.
12) Turn off flame and cover & keep aside for 2 mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 50 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with anyone of Deep Bread.
