Surti Undhiyu
Preparation:
1) Finely crush Garlic.
2) Finely crush Green Chilies.
3) Finely chop Cilantro.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium low flame.
2) Add Ajman Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Asafoetida, washed Surti Papdi Whole, washed Tuvar Lilva, washed Surti Undhiyu Mix, crushed Garlic, Salt & 1.5 cup Water.
3) DO NOT STIR.
4) Cover & cook for approx 20 mins.
5) Till tender.
6) Turn on low flame.
7) Add crushed Green Chilies, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Sesame Seeds, Coconut Powder, chopped Cilantro, Salt, Sugar & Lemon Juice.
8) Mix well gently & Turn on medium flame.
9) Cover & cook for 5 mins.
10) Stir well gently, Until Oil comes out.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 35 Min.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with anyone of Deep's Paratha.
