Tandoori Paneer With Sauted Bell Pepper
Preparation:
1) Cut Red Bell Pepper, Yellow Bell Pepper and Paneer into pieces.
2) Cut Onion into roundels.
3) Mix Mint Chutney, Coriander Chutney, Green Chilli chutney & Powder Sugar well and keep in fridge.
4) Boil 3 cups of Water, add 1 Tablespoon Oil & Paneer Pieces.
5) Turn off flame and cover & keep aside for 5 mins.
6) Drain excess water and place in 3 cups of water in a bowl.
7) Mix Yogurt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garlic Paste, Ginger Paste, Tandoori Paste, Black Pepper Powder & Salt well.
8) Drain Paneer and add in Yogurt mix.
9) Mix well gently, cover & keep aside for 30 mins. to marinate.
Cooking:
1) On medium high flame, heat 1 Tablespoon Oil in non - stick pan.
2) Add Cut Red Bell Pepper, Cut Yellow Bell Pepper & Salt and stir time to time.
3) Cook until little crispy and remove on an absorbent Paper.
4) In same pan, heat 1 Tablespoon Oil & Salted Butter on medium high flame.
5) Add marinated Paneer Pieces & leftover marinade and cover & cook for approx 3 mins.
6) Turn each piece upside down time to time for approx 15 mins., until little crispy.
7) Remove from flame, do not cover.
8) Place small bowl in middle of big bowl and place Paneer Pieces around small bowl..
9) Directly on stove flame place Charcoal Piece CAREFULLY and heat up WITH EXTREME CAUTION FOR SAFETY.
10) Place hot charcoal in small bowl, add few drops of Oil and immediately cover & keep for 3 mins.
11) Keep hot charcoal in 0.5 cup water to cool down before discarding.
Serve For: 2 Person
Total cooking time: 55 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with Onion Roundels, Bell Pepper & Chutney Mix.
