Preparation:
1) Make a paste of Green Chillies & Garlic.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil in a pan.
2) Add Asafoetida, place Val Papdi, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Garlic paste and mix thoroughly.
3) Cover & cook for 2 mins.
4) Add Sugar and mix well.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 25 Min.
Garnishing:
Garnish with Shredded Coconut & Cilantro Leaves. Serve hot with Rotis, Purees or Parathas.
