Well Spiced Palak, Sweet Corn With Red Bell Paper Tadka
Preparation:
1) Finely grate Onion and Tomato.
2) Cut Red Bell Paper into thin slices.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium flame.
2) Add Bay Leaf, grated Onion, Giger Garlic Paste, grated Tomato, Salt and mix well.
3) Cover & cook for 2 mins.
4) Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder and mix well.
5) Cover & cook for 2 mins.
6) Add thawed frozen Palak, washed frozen Sweet Corn Kernels, Salt, 0.75 Cup of Water and mix well.
7) Cover & cook for approx 15 mins. until Oil comes out.
8) Add Lemon Juice and mix thoroughly.
9) Remove from flame and keep aside.
10) Heat Makhan Ghee in small non stick pan on medium flame.
11) Add Red Bell Paper Slices and TURN ON HIGH FLAME.
12) Stir & toss time to time until Bell Paper Slices becomes little crispy.
13) Pour this tadka on prepared Palak - Corn.
