Garlic Flavor Fried Arvi
Preparation:
1) Finely Chop Green Chilies.
2) Finely crushed Garlic.
3) Finely crushed Ginger.
4) Finely chop Cilantro.
5) Finely chop Tomato.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on meduim low flame.
2) Add chopped Green chilies, crushed Garlic, crushed Ginger, Turmeric Powder, Place washed Arvi & Salt to taste.
3) Stir well, cover & cook for approx 15 mins.
4) Until little crispy.
5) Add chopped Tomato, Garlic Paste, Coriander Powder, Crushed Red Chilli, Chopped Cilantro.
6) Mix thoroughly.
7) Turn off flame, cover & keep aside for 2 mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 Min.
Garnishing:
Serve Hot.
