Description:
Ghee Tadka On Marinated Baby Potatoes
Preparation:
1) Boil Baby Potatoes, adding Salt & Water, in pressure cooker.
Cooking:
1) On low flame, heat Oil.
2) Add Fennel Seeds, Salted Boiled Baby Potatoes and little Salt.
3) On medium flame,toss or saute for approx 10 mins. till little crispy.
4) Place in a bowl, add Red Chilli Powder_Resham Patti, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Fennel Powder_Luckhnowi, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Yogurt and mix well.
5) Cover & keep aside for 20 mins. to marinate.
6) On low flame, heat Ghee in small pan.
7) Pour hot Ghee on marinated Potatoes and mix well.
