Description:
Spicy Udad Dal Chilka With Richness Of Makhan Ghee.
Preparation:
1) Wash Udad Dal Chilka in 3-4 changes of water.
2) Pressure cook Udad Dal Chilka adding Salt, Turmeric Powder & 2 Cup water on high flame till tender.

Cooking:
1) In a wok heat 2 Tablespoon Makhan Ghee on low flame.
2) Add Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, Cumin Seeds & let it be change in colour, Curry leaves, Ginger-Garlic Paste and saute well.
3) Add Red Chilli Powder, pour 1 cup of water and mix well.
4) Bring it to boil.
5) Add Salt, boiled Udad Dal Chilka and mix well.
6) Add Garam Masala Powder, Lemon Juice and mix well gently.
7) Add 0.5 Tablespoon Makhan Ghee, mix and remove from flame.
