Garlic Flavor Punjabi Tinda
Preparation:
1) Finely Crush Garlic.
2) Finely chop Green Chilies.
3) Finely chop Cilantro.
Cooking:
1)Heat Oil on low flame.
2) Add Cumin seeds, crushed Garlic, chopped Green Chilies, Place washed Punjabi Tinda, Turmeric Powder, Salt & 0.75 cup water.
3) Mix, turn on medium flame.
4) Cover & cook till tender.
5) Add Chopped Tomatoes, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder.
6) Mix thoroughly.
7) Cover & Keep aside for 2 mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
