Description:
Simple Yet Yummy Potatoes With Little Sweetness Of Sugar.
Preparation:
1) Boil & Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
2) Finely chop coriander leaves.

1) On low flame, heat oil in a pan.
2) Add Cumin Seeds, when it changes in colour, add Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, boiled & cut Potatoes, Chopped Green Chillies, Salt, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Red Chilli Powder.
3) Mix well till little crispy.
4) Add Chopped Coriander Leaves, Coriander Powder, Red Chilli Crushed and mix well.
