Description:
Fine Flavour Of Indian Basmati Rice With Aroma Of Cumin.
Preparation:
1) Wash the Rice in 3-4 changes of Water.
2) Soak in 2 cups of Water for 30 Min.
Cooking:
1) On low flame heat Oil & Makhan Ghee.
2) Add Cumin Seeds, when it changes in colour, add soaked Rice,Salt and 2 Cup of water.
3) Stir slowly.Cook on high flame till water is absorbed.
4) Turn the flame low and cover & Cook till water dries up.
Serve For: 6 Person
Total cooking time: 20 Min.
Garnishing:
Garnish & serve it steaming hot with Dal.
