Chicken In Vindaloo Paste
Preparation:
1) Clean Chicken and boil till done, adding salt.
2) Grind the onion into Paste.
3) Grate Khoya(Milk Solids).
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil in a pan.
2) Add Onion Paste and stir fry till golden brown.
3) Add grated Khoya and Mix well.
4) Add ginger-garlic Paste and Sauté for a min.
5) Add Tomato puree, Red Chilli Powder, Vindaloo Paste and Salt.
6) Stir well for 3-5 Min.
7) Add water,let cook for a minute.
8) Add Chicken, Cover and Cook on low flame for approx 3 min.
9) Add Kasoori Methi(Dry Fenugreek Leaves) and mix well.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 45-50 Min
Garnishing:
Serve Hot With Deep Bread Or Pilaf.
