Makhan Ghee On Farm Fresh Whole Wheat Chapati
1) Add Salt to the Wheat Flour. 2) Add Water to the flour slowly. 3) Add 1 Tbspn Oil & make dough. 4) Cover & keep aside for 10 Min. 5) Make small equal balls of dough.
1) Keep dough on flat plate and roll into round shaped Roti using a rolling pin. 2) Heat griddle on burner for a minute. 3) Place the Roti on it and roast it on both the sides. 4) Remove it from the griddle & flip flap Roti again on burner. 5) The Roti is ready to serve.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 Min.
Apply Ghee on it & serve hot.
