Mix Herb, Ratalu & Egg Cheese Pancake
Preparation:
1) Blend well 4 Eggs adding Black Pepper Powder & Salt.
Cooking:
1) On low flame, heat 10 gm Salted Butter in pan. 2) Add washed Ratalu & Salt and stir well. 3) Cover & Cook for approx. 8 mins. until tender & little crispy. 4) Add Mixed Herbs and mix well. 5) Add Egg mixture carefully and cover & cook for approx 3 mins. 6) Place 10 gm Salted Butter on edges. 7) Cook until little crispy at bottom side and remove from flame. 8) Heat flat pan on low flame. 9) Spread 5 gm Salted Butter evenly and turn off flame. 10) Take pancake upside down in flat pan, turn on low flame. 11) Place 5 gm Salted Butter on edges and spread 10 gm Salted Butter on top. 12) Cook until little crispy at bottom side.
Serve For: 2 Person
Total cooking time: 40 mins.
Garnishing:
1) Grate Cheese evenly on top. 2) Sprinkle Crushed Red Chilli and Oragano Seasoning. 3) Cut into slice & serve hot.
