Deep Fried Well Coat Of Gota Batter On Cauliflower Florets
1) Finely cut Cauliflower Florets. 2) In a bowl, take Gota Instant Mix, add Sesame Seeds, Ajaman Seeds, 225 ml Water. 3) Mix well and keep aside for minimum 20 mins.
1) In small cooking pot, mix 50 gm Chutney Mix, Jaggery Powder and 0.5 Cup of Water well. 2) Heat prepared Chutney Mixture on low flame until required consistency, stirring constantly. 3) Heat Oil for deep fry on medium low flame. 4) Dip Cauliflower Floret in prepared Gota Mix batter and place in hot Oil carefully. 5) Fry Cauliflower Pakora until little crispy. 6) Remove on an absorbent paper. 7) Do same with each Cauliflower floret.
Serve For: 4 Person
