Description:
Well Spiced Cooked Soya Chunks With Touch Of Fresh Mint Flavor
Preparation:
1) Finely chop fresh Mint Leaves.
2) On high flame, 3 whistle pressure cook Soya Chunks adding Salt and 1.5 Cups of Water.
3) Drain excess Water in strainer.
4) Press & cut into 2 pieces each Soya Chunk.

Cooking:
1) Heat Oil in non stick pan on medium flame.
2) Add Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Panchpuran, Chopped Mint Leaves, Ginger Garlic Paste, Vindaloo Paste and give it a good stir.
3) Add Desiccated Coconut Powder,Soya Chunks, Salt and mix thoroughly.
4) Add 2 Cups of Water and TURN OFF FLAME.
5) Cover & Keep aside for 30 mins. to marinate.
6) ON HIGH FLAME, stir time to time until oil comes out.
