Description:
Well Spiced & Cheesy Crispy Boiled Baby Potatoes
Preparation:
1) Boil Baby Potatoes and cut into 2 pieces each.
2) Finely chop Cilantro.
3) Finely crush Tomatoes.
4) Finely cut Onions in roundels.
Cooking:
1) On medium high flame, heat 4 Tablespoon Oil in Pan.
2) Add 0.25 Teaspoon Salt and Boiled Baby Potatoes' halves.
3) Cover & Cook for approx 2 mins.
4) Stir well until little crispy and remove in bowl, leaving Oil in pan.
5) On medium low flame, in same pan add Cumin Seeds, Curry Leaves, Chopped Cilantro, Crushed Tomatoes, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder and Sesame Seeds.
6) Give it a good stir and Cover & Cook for approx. 4 mins. until Oil comes out.
7) TURN OFF FLAME.
8) Add Pav Bhaji Masala, Amchur Powder, Prepared Crispy Potato halves and mix thoroughly.
9) Grate Cheese and Release Onion Rings from roundels.
10) Mix well again, Serve immediately.
Serve For: 2 Person
