Tangy Masala Taste In Well Cooked Suran With Added Flavor Of Fennel Seeds
1) Cut Onion into Slices.
2) Finely chop Tomato.
1)On medium flame heat 4 Tablespoon Oil in pan.
2) Add Salt, washed Suran and mix well.
3) Cover & cook for 8 mins.
4) Turn on high flame and stir time to time until little crispy.
5) Remove in bowl, leaving Oil in pan.
6) On medium low flame, in same pan, heat addtional 1 Tablespoon Oil.
7) Add Whole Red Chilli, Fennel Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Onion Slices, Chopped Tomato and mix well.
8) Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Salt and stir well.
9) Add 0.25 Cup of Water and cover & cook for 2 mins.
10) Add Crispy Suran and mix thoroughly.
12) Add Garam Masala Powder, Amchur Powder and mix thoroughly.
