No! There is no minimum order amount. However, we cheer you to shop more to save more!

Absolutely! We love that our members are so giving. You can send groceries to anyone as long as they're in the coverage area. As we give an option of different Billing and Shipping Address.

After you place the order, select my orders from the profile, you can track your order here but Login is compulsory .

5-7 business days. We use FedEx delivering service with various shipping methods like within 2 business days. etc. If you need something fasted,let us know! Or you can check the shipping image. To view image click here.

Once you place the order you will receive mail from us. You can track your order using tracking number. Remember you "MUST" need to place order only after login to GroceryBabu for getting clear Order Status of "Payment charged, Shipped, Processing" .

You can track your order with two different way :

(1) Guest --> Mail & Tracking ID
(2) Login --> Mail , Tracking ID & Order Status

We currently accept all Debit/ Credit Payments with payment gateway as Paypal.

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.
Without a PayPal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by PayPal.
By using PayPal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. PayPal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

You can contact our support team for any queries related to cancellation.

We allow returns of all items within 15 days of your order date. Just send us an email with your order number and we will send you a return label. And you can get more information on your order from below links. (Contact Us)

Go to My Account (after login) click to address book then you can add a new address or edit your old shipping address.

Orders may be cancelled due to:
--> When product is out of stock
--> Some technical Issue in processing the order
