2: Mix Veg with Yogurt Curry

An unbelievably delicious and healthy vegetable recipe suitable for both lunch and dinner. As the name suggests, it includes varieties of vegetables and yogurt for preparation. It takes minimal time for cooking and hence, we recommend it for beginners.

Preparation

1) Add 0.5 Cup of Water in Yogurt and mix into a fine paste. 2) Wash Mix Vegetables.

Cooking

1) Heat Oil on medium-low flame.

2) Add Anistar Whole, Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, Black Pepper Whole, Ginger & Garlic Paste and sauté.

3) Add Curry Powder and sauté little.

4) Add 0.5 Cup of Water and sauté little.

5) Add Yogurt Paste, Salt and mix well.

6) Add 1 Cup of Water and bring to boil.

7) Add Kasoori Methi (fenugreek leaves), washed Mix Vegetables and Salt. Now, stir it well.

8) Bring to boil and cover & cook for approx. 10 mins.

9) Add Desiccated Coconut Powder and mix well.

10) Cover & cook for approx. 5 mins. Or till tender.

3: Moong Dal Chilka

2) Add Cumin Seeds, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Soaked Moong Dal Chilka, Salt, 0.50 Cup of Water and mix it well.

3) Shake the pan to level the surface.

4) Spread Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Amchur Powder, Black Pepper Powder.

5) DO NOT MIX and TURN ON LOW FLAME.

6) Cover & Cook for approx. 8 mins., till tender, do not overcook.

7) Add Ring Cut Green Chilies, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Chopped Cilantro and mix well.
