Recipe: Khichdi
Description: Wholesome Meal Of Toor Dal And Basmati Rice With Aroma Of Spices.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 Min.
Preparation:
1) Wash and soak Toor Dal in 1 Cup of water.
2) Wash and soak Basmati Rice in 2 Cup of water 30 minutes.
Cooking:
1) Heat oil in a pan.
2) Add Cinnamom Stick, Cloves, Red Chilli Whole, Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida.
3) Add Toor Dal with water, Rice With water, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt.
4) Mix well and put on low flame.
5) Bring to boil, mix and cover & Cook till water is absorbed.
6) Add Makhan Ghee and mix well gently.
7) Cook till water dries up.
Garnishing:
Serve hot to enjoy recipe.
